NATI will hold its Annual General Meeting and Networking Mixer at Gypsy Tea Room on Thursday, May 30th, 2019. This meeting is open to all NATI members and will provide opportunity for members to share input on the future of the organization.
NATI’s nomination process is aligned with the best practices of many leading not-for-profit boards across Canada to ensure inclusion, diversity, and proper mapping of skills and attributes. Under our nomination process, the Nominating Committee of the Board reviews the nominees and proposes a slate to the Board. After debate and approval by the Board, the slate is sent to the membership for approval at the AGM. We ask each member to vote on the overall slate and NOT individual members. The election takes place at the NATI AGM.
